Women reported accountability as their number one personal and professional value. The fact that they are leaving in greater numbers than men shows that they have less tolerance for unfair practices that inhibit their ability to achieve excellence.

Many women leave jobs for family reasons. They are seeking flexible hours and the ability to telecommute from home.

Once they learned all they could at a job they seek new jobs with more responsibility or where they can improve their skills.

People want to work with great leaders, managers and coworkers.

People want to feel that they are empowered to do their best. If they arje not it is difficult to grow.

President Bush quite correctly said that we explore space for purposes of scientific discovery, economic benefit, and national security.

We want to stand out. This behavior is rooted in our genes.

We all want to explore and see whats out there beyond what they see all the time.

We all want to leave something for the next generation.

People are Selfish

Right or wrong, opponents are concerned about the risks of market competition. They want native-born Americans to keep their jobs, and they don’t want them to face wage cuts.

Right or wrong, opponents are concerned about the fiscal burdens imposed by first-generation immigrants.

Opponents are hostile to any group -- national, ethnic, racial or religious -- different from their own.

Opponents are hostile to certain groups -- Latinos and Muslims in particular.

Putting Special Interests ahead of normal citizens, voters and their friends and families.

They are not on the side of the working class. They are on the side of the wealthy.

Mitt Romney Quote: "Corporations are people my friends".

They are on the side of the employers who hates Unions and the rights of workers to earn a living wage or exert any input in their own salaries.

Employers want to freely exploit workers without any controls.

They don't really hate women they are just acting in this strange way to increase the size of their herd.

They feel that if abortions were to be allowed that the government would have to pay for it.

Women are not a Special Interest Group and dont have lobbyists who will help them in inappropriate ways.

They would prefer to spend government money on things like the military where there are armies of Special Interests who will do anything to sell to the government.

Nothing personal. Poor people vote Democratic.

It is asserting that they are not poor.

They feel that people of color are somehow using the welfare system for life support more than others.

They probaly dont want to use taxes to help unfortunate people.

They don't want the government to use taxes for the benefit of citizens.

They dont seem to mind if taxes are used for military purposes.

This helps explain why sex persists as a dominant mechanism for producing offspring.

A fossil called Bangiomorpha pubescens is a multicellular organism that sexually reproduced, the oldest reported occurrence in the fossil record.

The evidence that these fossils sexually reproduced is in the finding that the spores or reproductive cells they generated came in two forms – male and female. Today we know that red algae lack sperm that actively swim. They rely on water currents to transport their reproductive cells, which is likely how they have been doing it for the last 1.2 billion years.

Two members of the same species combine their DNA to produce a new genome.

Some of their offspring will carry a beneficial mix of good genes from both parents, meaning they will respond better to environmental stresses that would leave asexual species in grave danger.

Darwin suggested that natural selection was not the only evolutionary pressure at work in sex. There was something else going on as well, something Darwin called sexual selection. This is a preference by one sex for certain characteristics in individuals of the other sex.

The perception that Black women are hard to get along with, mean, bitchy, argumentative, bitter, etc. has become a reality for too many black women.

I know you’re saying yea right. But this is actually true. I know personally for me, I have been married before, but I prefer to be single, especially since I don’t want to have children.

To say it’s just a shortage of black men is only a small part of the problem, but as Black women we have to re-evaluate who we are and who we’ve become today. Black men don’t see the strong, quiet strength of their mothers and grandmothers.

I know this may be unpopular, but it is the truth. A woman who wants to have a family should capitalize on her looks, age, and fertility while she is young instead of only focusing on chasing the high-powered career.

You have to ask why are there so many black men in prison and under-educated? Why is the unemployment rate so high for black males? Why is the suicide rate so high for black males? Why are so many black men absent in their child’s life?

Many of the traditional rules of courtship don’t exist, for better or for worse, Black women have to do things differently to attract and maintain a long-term relationship with a man.
