Those suffering do so “in silence”, which they “break” when they describe what is happening to them. If they speak about it calmly, in a composed way, we’re more likely to applaud them as “brave.”

They Don't Speak Because You Would Not Like What They Would Say
Ig could be too much data for another person to handle.
But if they could vent and another person could relate to their problems or possibly empart to them another point of view that could be helpful.
